As the Interim Executive Director for the College of Dietitians of Ontario - CDO -(a health professions regulatory body) Paulette demonstrated her unique executive and administrative abilities.

Her willingness to take on whatever task was necessary from the clerical to the strategic and to support staff or Council (Board) allowed the College to continue to effectively carry out its mandate during a period of transition.
